Visually stunning they have to include the Engineers in the sequel as there are quite a few unanswered questions overall i really liked it 9 out of 10 for me

loved it until the end

SPOILER ALERT

i would have ended it with the Engineer escaping after been infected in another ship and making it to LV426 and hence the link to Alien

wasnt really happy with the Fully grown alienesque creature ripping its way out of the Engineer , it just isnt the way the xenomorph species duz things , or am i just been a bit to FANBOY

but then if they had done it my way there would have been no scope for another

But as far as the rest of the movie goes i loved it

Plenty action , visually stunning

but as a huge fan of Ridley and Giger , It was Win Win and left me with a lot of thinking regarding the story of it all
and as far as im concerned thats a good thing also

SHAME ON YOU

I reckon your brain is also buzzing with ideas for artwork too Lee - make sure you post up pictures of any related work that you do!

I really liked it. I agree though, the alien at the end should have been born as a youngster!

I saw it the other day and loved it too. It really is a cinema film; Ridley Scott knows his shit when it comes to beautiful visuals and it's stunning. The 3D is perfect too - very subtle, and adds to the film.

Story is OK; a few silly plot holes, and some of the idiot characters do stupid things. But really, they can be ignored as they don't detract too much from the enjoyment of the story.
The alien at the end was a strange decision; but it's obviously early in the creature's evolution. Maybe?!

Left wide-open for a sequel too - hopefully to bridge the gap between this and alien.
