Sure FLStudio is great! Just get the producer or XXL edition and buy/get some decent plugins. However there is no automatic PDC so you might wanna forget Powercore/UAD cards. You can set manually those delays but that can be quite irritating. Also the built-in recorder (=Edison) isn't the best out there but you can always use Audacity for free or some commercial software like Adobe Audition. FL Vocoder sure is the best software vocoder out there
