Mastering info/contacts/experiences

Not sure if some ppl consider their mastering contacts a secret but I am looking for a new contact for affordable good mastering. Recently my contact disappeared. Also if anyone has info on certain plug ins they use to do their own mastering that would be useful. Also what would most of u spend on mastering a track? I know good mastering can cost $100 per hour but for underground music this is hardly affordable. With today's technology anyone can call them selves a mastering engineer, how do u tell who is a pro? Any info, contacts, prices, experiences ect.. is appreciated.

Ya actually I went thru that thread today but was looking for more info on actual contacts for people who do mastering. I did not see anything like that. No sure if ppl on this forum would like to share contact info like that.

I would go with Veit, the guy who mastered matts global surveyors 3 album, He did a good job witht he demos I sent him a while ago and he did a good job mastering the GS3 album..

DONT go with Supreme.Ja music..

That guy said he would master 12 tracks and remix 1...

for 300 euro..

I gave him 150 euro and he mastered 1 track and then never responded to me via email.. then deleted me on Facebook.. really disappointing..
