Thanks 155, very entertaining

Yeah nice modern look for EE, good to be back!

wish I could afford an Odyssey

One More Shot by them is better.. bit similar to Don't Go by Yazoo (but not quite that good). Get Wet is ok as well, I don't mind it.

Cosmic Blast
The Return Of Capt Rock
Capt Rock To The Future Shock
Bongo Beat
Cosmic Glide
You Stink
The House Of RockNothing wrong with a bit of old school disco

tout de suite?

I heard in the past that he used a Korg Poly-61 on those tracks. Not sure whether for basslines or pads/leads.

Can't afford an svc 350
but the best sound coming out of my hardware vocoder is provided by the Korg Poly-61M - tried others but keep coming back to that. It's not such an expensive synth either.
-
Nice! You finished the modular then

If it`s about Headphones i would always go for AKG.
Word. Excellent brand, wouldn't swap mine for any other now.

Digging "Twice As Nice" too at the moment. Top quality stuff. Like "Dreams" too a lot.

Thanks for this

Always wondered this myself, yes Iyoni J sounded English but there's no info anywhere about her, on the other hand Davy's other (American) emcee, Sweet Tee went on to become reasonably well known.

Cheers for that, their whole catalog looks good!

I use TwistedWave as it gives slightly more features but have Fission too as I bought it before I discovered TwistedWave... both cost money though, think TW is even more expensive.

Yes, I think the 303 was doing the high-pitched arp line in 'Jam On It'. I've never seen or heard a real Pro-One, but I think it too came with a simple onboard sequencer so it could well have done the bass.

Never heard of that happening, not if it's the same voltage. It's worth a go before you write the thing off.
